Dennis joined ARS Global in 2019 with over 20 years of extensive business management, supply chain, and sales management experience in the energy, retail and consumer packaged goods industries with companies including Walmart, Sara Lee, LyondellBasell, BASF, Plains All American Pipeline and Maverick International. Dennis has experience in new business start-up operations, market development in growth phase businesses, and repositioning established businesses in mature and troubled markets.
Dennis has diverse business management experience across the United States, Germany and Mexico. Prior to working as International Operations Manager and establishing Walmart Germany operations, he served in managerial roles in corporate marketing, information systems, and training & development. He worked in managerial roles in the U.S. Supercenter division focusing on reconstituting business units in distressed markets. He also worked in the infancy Mexico Supercenter operations and marketing establishing what is known today as Walmart Mexico. As the Upper Midwest U.S. Sales Operations Manager for Sara Lee, he reconstituted and reclaimed highly competitive markets in metro Detroit, Chicago, Milwaukee, and Green Bay in Teamster labor environments. In the energy industry, he has worked in chemical manufacturing operations and supply chain roles with LyondellBasell and BASF where he received operational excellence and supply chain achievement accolades. At Plains All American Pipeline, he worked as the supply chain lead on high priority capital projects originating from the Permian and Delaware Basins. In the midstream PVF space, Dennis led a sales team at Maverick International, as the National Sales Manager.
Dennis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas – Pan American and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. He, his wife Arlene, and their son Aaron reside in the Houston area. His daughter Madeline lives in San Antonio where she attends the University of Texas – San Antonio in the College of Architecture.
