Josh Averitt

Mr. Averitt serves as President of ARS Global, as well as the President of Midstream Holdings. He has over 10 years of experience in the divesture and internal redeployment of surplus oil and gas assets.

Prior to joining ARS Global, Mr. Averitt worked as a contractor to ExxonMobil, Syncrude, and Oxy selling surplus upstream and downstream equipment and assets. He also managed the Asset Recovery program at Enterprise Products and was directly responsible for the internal redeployment of pipe, valve, and fitting inventory as well sales of surplus inventory to outside buyers. Since joining ARS Global, Mr. Averitt has been an integral part of the purchase and sale of large capital project surplus material packages. He has also purchased and sold multiple idle pipeline systems for removal and reclamation.

Josh is a current member of the Pipeliners Association of Houston, San Antonio Pipeliners Association, Permian Basin Association of Pipeliners, and the Investment Recovery Association.

He is a lifelong Houstonian and a graduate of Texas A&M University. Josh and his wife enjoy any outdoor activities with their son.
